  7. IF YOU WANT TO USE A DRIVE OTHER THAN C: FOR M.I.P.S.:

  9. Before installing from drive A: reassign drive C: to your drive.
  10.  Use ASSIGN C=Drive: (Drive is the drive name A,B,C,D,E or F)

  15. IF YOU NEED TO DO A MANUAL INSTALLATION:

  17. Copy all files included with the trial version into a subdirectory
  18. and also copy the following files to that same subdirectory:

  20. GWBASIC.COM or BASICA.COM       (Rename BASICA.COM to GWBASIC.COM)
  21. COMMAND.COM
  22. MORE.COM

  27. Also copy any ASCII word processor to that subdirectory.
  28.   (Rename the word processor to the name ED.EXE)

  30. M.I.P.S. requires MS-DOS 2.x or higher to run.

  32. Type HELLO while in the subdirectory to execute the M.I.P.S. system.
